Rapid Process

The Rapid Process training support is the last quality control station from an industrial process of bank card production. This machine includes a linear axis driven by a BRUSHLESS motor allowing the sorting of cards in "bank card" format by dimensional camera and RFID sensor.

It allows a fast sorting rate thanks to its mechatronic design and its communication architecture integrating numerous network technologies.
An innovative pneumatic device picks up a card which is presented in front of a camera. An algorithm identifies the characteristics of this card which is then placed in sorting bins.

By using the current technologies of motorization, detection, man-machine dialogue and digital virtualization, this training support allows a very good appropriation of the expected competences in the electricity trade.
